1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Syabas99 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the Syabas99 website located at syabas99.cam and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered therein.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager through Syabas99, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not access or use the Syabas99 platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

To register and maintain an active Account on Syabas99, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the period your Account remains active:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. Registration by or on behalf of minors is strictly prohibited.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any third party.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of a Syabas99 employee where such participation may constitute a conflict of interest.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from Syabas99 or from any other gambling platform where that exclusion remains active.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction of residence.

4. Account Registration & Management

4.1 Registration Requirements

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the Syabas99 platform. Registration of multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or through different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Syabas99 employs technical and manual controls to detect duplicate registrations.

All information provided during registration must be accurate, truthful, and complete. This includes, but is not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You are responsible for keeping this information current and must notify Syabas99 of any changes promptly.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. Syabas99 strongly recommends the use of a unique, complex password not shared with any other service. You must not share your Account access with any other person.

Any wager placed or action taken through your Account using valid credentials will be deemed authorised by you, regardless of whether you personally initiated it. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must contact our support team immediately.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

Syabas99 is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests. The KYC process requires submission of:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., MyKad, passport)
• Proof of current residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits, where applicable

Syabas99 reserves the right to request additional documentation as required by our compliance obligations. Accounts where KYC cannot be completed will be restricted from withdrawals until verification is finalised.

5. Terms of Use

5.1 General Usage

The Syabas99 platform is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. You agree to use the platform in a lawful, responsible, and non-disruptive manner. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

5.2 Technical Access

Syabas99 strives to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may temporarily restrict access to games or account features. Syabas99 is not liable for losses arising from service interruptions outside our reasonable control.

You agree not to use automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to access, interact with, or exploit the Syabas99 platform or its games. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit technical errors, or interfere with platform operations constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

5.3 Game Rules

Each game available on Syabas99 is subject to its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall prevail in respect of account management, financial transactions, and conduct standards.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Syabas99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX online banking, direct bank transfers from Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong, Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards, and cryptocurrency transfers in BTC and USDT. The minimum deposit amount is RM 50 per transaction.

6.2 Deposit Conditions

Deposits must originate from a payment method held in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. Syabas99 may delay or reverse deposits where the origin of funds cannot be clearly established or where money laundering risk indicators are present.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts are processed within 15 minutes under normal operating conditions via DuitNow and FPX channels. Processing times may extend during periods of high demand, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit into your Account. Where a deposit method does not support withdrawals, an alternative verified method may be used subject to Syabas99 approval. Syabas99 reserves the right to process withdrawals in instalments for large amounts.

6.4 Currency

All transactions on Syabas99 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction; any applicable conversion fees will be disclosed prior to confirmation.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and promotions made available by Syabas99 are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the point of offer. These Terms establish the minimum standards applicable to all promotional offers unless otherwise explicitly stated in promotion-specific terms.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a rollover) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each promotion will be stated in the promotion terms. As a general guideline, rollover requirements typically range between 10x and 30x the bonus amount, though individual promotions may vary.

7.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, a maximum single bet or stake limit applies. This limit is typically between MYR 250 and MYR 500 per round or event, as specified in the relevant promotion. Placing bets that exceed this limit while bonus funds are active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

7.4 Game Contribution

Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slot games generally contribute 100% of each wager. Table games, live casino titles, and video poker may contribute at a reduced rate, typically between 10% and 20%. Specific contribution rates for each game category will be stated in promotion terms. Bets placed on games with 0% contribution do not count towards rollover clearance.

7.5 Bonus Expiry

All Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe stated in the relevant promotion, typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of crediting. Upon expiry, any uncompleted rollover and remaining Bonus Funds will be automatically removed from the Account without further notice.

7.6 Bonus Abuse

Syabas99 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or close Accounts, where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets specifically to complete rollover requirements, or collusion with other players.

8. Betting Rules & Game Disputes

8.1 Placement of Wagers

A wager is considered placed and binding once confirmed in the Syabas99 system and a confirmation reference has been issued. Players are responsible for verifying the details of all wagers prior to confirmation. Syabas99 will not reverse confirmed wagers except in the circumstances described in Clause 8.3.

8.2 Disconnection and Technical Faults

In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a live game session, Syabas99's server records shall be the sole authoritative source for determining the outcome of any wager in progress. Where a wager cannot be completed due to a technical fault on our platform, the stake will be returned to the Player's Account. Syabas99 is not responsible for disconnections caused by the Player's internet service provider or device.

8.3 Erroneous Odds and Payouts

Syabas99 reserves the right to void any wager placed at odds or with a payout multiplier that was published in error due to a technical fault, pricing error, or human error, regardless of whether the wager has been confirmed. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Player. Syabas99 will endeavour to notify affected players promptly.

8.4 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute regarding game outcomes, wager settlements, or account transactions must be raised with Syabas99 Customer Support within 14 days of the event in question. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. Syabas99's decision following a thorough review of server records and game logs shall be final and binding.

9. Responsible Gambling

Syabas99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the risks associated with problem gambling. We provide tools and resources to help Players maintain control over their gambling activity. These tools are available from within your Account dashboard.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to cap their spend. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure alerts that notify them of the time elapsed during a gaming session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the Syabas99 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account Balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one Account or accessing the platform on behalf of another person
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to interact with games or account functions
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or reverse-engineer any game mechanic, RNG system, or platform feature
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or the use of proceeds from unlawful activities to fund your Account
• Colluding with other players or platform staff to gain an unfair advantage
• Chargebacks or fraudulent disputes raised against legitimate transactions on your Account
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at Syabas99 staff or other platform users
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Syabas99 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the property of Syabas99 or its licensed third-party providers. This content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Syabas99 platform without our prior written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Syabas99 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity.

Syabas99's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit Syabas99's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13. Account Suspension & Closure

13.1 Suspension by Syabas99

Syabas99 reserves the right to suspend or restrict an Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we reasonably suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where suspension is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons. During suspension, withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation.

13.2 Closure by Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting Syabas99 Customer Support. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any verified Account Balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded to a verified payment method in your name, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements.

13.3 Inactive Accounts

An Account is considered inactive if no login has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. Syabas99 reserves the right to apply an administrative inactivity fee of up to MYR 50 per month to inactive Account Balances, following written notice to the registered email address. The Account Balance shall not be reduced below zero as a result of inactivity fees.

14. Amendments to These Terms

Syabas99 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address on file or through a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Continued use of the Syabas99 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may close your Account as described in Clause 13.2.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Syabas99 is incorporated and operates.

The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes not resolved through Syabas99's internal dispute resolution process as described in Clause 8.4. Nothing in this clause shall affect Syabas99's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
